Fisher’s Landing BBQ Rib Cookoff

Get ready for the biggest, smokiest, tastiest festival on the lower Colorado River! On February 27th, 2027, Fisher’s Landing Resort transforms into a full-blown celebration of ribs, music, sunshine, and community.

Contestants will fire up their smokers and compete for the coveted title of Best Ribs at the River, while guests enjoy delicious food, local vendors, and live music from an incredible band.

And this year, we’re turning up the fun with our first-ever Hog Calling Contest, with prizes awarded to the best calls! In addition, we have a gun raffle, general raffle and a 50/50 raffle and much more!

It’s the one day each year when the grills fire high, the river breeze carries that perfect BBQ aroma, and thousands come together for pure river-life fun. Best of all, this unforgettable event is made possible by our generous sponsors, and all proceeds benefit Amberly’s Place.
